Do you offer freight shipping?

Yes, we offer freight and parcel shipping.

How is freight shipping quoted?

Freight is calculated based on the product weight and dimensions at time of checkout. If you prefer to use your own shipping service, please contact us before placing an order.

What carriers do you use?

We primarily use UPS at this time. If you would like to request a different service, please email us.

Can you ship to a job site or commercial address?

Yes, we are able to ship LTL and commercial locations.

Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?

🔁 Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
